Refund policy

At Stronger Together, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are digital downloads (PDF workbooks and printables), they cannot be physically returned.

1. Refund requests

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of your order date at contact@pnlax.com. Please include your order number and a short explanation. We review every request individually and reply within 2 business days.

2. Download problems or defective files

If your download link does not work, the file will not open, or you received the wrong product, contact us and we will send you a working file right away. If we cannot fix the problem, we will issue a full refund.

3. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.
